Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, firm name, and a password if you set one.

Data your firm enters: companies, contacts, notes, touchpoints, opportunities, tasks, campaigns and events. Your firm controls this data; we process it on your behalf.

Usage data: sign-in activity, and device and browser information.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, including sending the emails you ask it to send
To manage accounts, sign-in and billing
To send service notices, security alerts and support replies
To fix problems and improve the Service

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

We share data only with the providers that run the Service, and when the law requires it:

Cloudflare for hosting and the database
Stripe for payments (we never see full card numbers)
Resend for email delivery
Google, only if you choose Google sign-in

4. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Each firm's data is separated, and people only see their own firm's records.
Sign-in attempts are rate limited.

5. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active.
Closed accounts are deleted after 30 days unless you ask for immediate deletion.
Backups may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Contacts in your firm's lists who unsubscribe from a campaign are marked and not emailed again. Email hello@edgewater-media.com.

7. Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to account owners.
